Group Fitness Schedule

The Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC Fitness Center has four studios dedicated to group exercise and offers up more than 55 classes per week. We believe in the camaraderie and sense of community that comes with exercising together under the coaching, motivation and leadership of our talented team of Group Exercise Leaders. Whatever your workout style, we have a class for you!

Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat from your hectic day in one of our yoga sessions, striving to build athletic stamina in our more intense cardio interval classes, or looking to shimmy and shake your worries away in one of our dance fitness classes, we have something for you. The SBGJCC honors the commitment you’ve made to your health, and will ensure a personalized experience in each of our classes.
