The Tampa Community Band teams up with the Tremble Clefs choir for this special concert.  The TCB is a grassroots project that provides an opportunity for musicians to play with a group and hone their musical skills.  The Tremble Clefs is a therapeutic singing group and is a new addition to the JCC Philip Shayman Parkinson’s Program.
